Culture tubes are available in 17×100mm (15mL) capacities. Low density polyethylene (LDPE) snap caps can be attached in two positions. The first position allows for the flow of air both in and out of the tube enabling aerobic culturing. The second position offers a leak-proof and air-tight seal making it ideal for anaerobic culturing and/or sample storage.
The tubes are available in durable transparent polypropylene (PP) tubes withstand temperatures of from -86°C to 121°C.Polypropylene tubes withstand higher centrifugal forces, up to 4000×g.
All tubes and caps come sterilized to SAL 10-6 and are RNase, DNase, pyrogen and cytotoxin free.
